    MOUNTAIN WEATHER FORECAST

   National weather service Burlington VT
   334 AM EST Tue Mar 13 2001

   Midday forecast for the mountains of Vermont and Northern New York.

   Today, at 2000 feet, temperatures in the low 30S. Winds 10 to 20 mph.
   at the summits, temperatures in the upper 20S to low 30S. Winds 20 to
   30 mph.

   Wednesday, at 2000 feet, temperatures in the low to mid 30S. Winds 10
   to 20 mph. at the summits, temperatures in the low 20S. Winds 25 to 35
   mph.

   Today, periods sleet, freezing rain and some snow. Wednesday, snow
   showers likely.
