My opinion of Arizonans has long been quite low...New Hampshirites
have been added to my list...

...Aside from the esteemed members of this list (and of course not
including whining Canadians and exiled Brits) but including the
unesteemed members of this list, is there anyone in this country who
deserves respect?  Sometimes I wonder...
