If these deals and others had gone through last fall when they were on the
table, Chapter 11 would most likely have been averted and I'd still be
working at BV.  Act 250 woes slowed several land deals to a standstill...

Hmmm, on 2nd thought, maybe that's not such a bad thing.  [Ah, angst:
stability in the corporate world, or doing what you love, making little,
and alienating your family with your working hours... I'm sure others on
the list have made similar choices in the past.]

I'm hopeful the deals gets done.  Last beta I acquired is that all lifts
are planned to be in operation this season.  I just hope the new owner has
a ton of operations guys and gals ready to go to do all the lift and trail
work needed between now and December...
