unrestricted, decreasing to 3 to 5 miles after midnight. 
.MONDAY...North winds 5 to 10 knots. Waves 1 to 2 feet. Showers
likely in the morning, then a chance of showers in the afternoon.
Visibility 3 to 5 miles, becoming generally unrestricted in the
afternoon.
