Hi everyone,

As we close in on the last couple days before Worlds, here are a few final
reminders for Berlin:

   1. *US Rep *- I've been emailing you all out of convenience since I was
already on this list, but I should officially introduce Samantha Sanders
from Brown (copied here and on previous emails), who is our official US
delegate (as Secretary, I can't also wear the US rep hat at Council). Some
of you may have met her at Yale; she'll also run the caucus, so you'll see
her then. She's incredible; you're in far more competent hands now.
   2. *US Caucus *- We'll work out a time and location for our caucus
meeting in Berlin, with the goal of making an announcement during the
tournament and notifying everyone via this email list (provided that we're
able to schedule the caucus at least a day in advance). Members of the
Auckland <http://www.aucklandworlds.com/> bid (including Ben Woolgar
from their adj core), and Malaysia
<http://www.malaysiaworlds2015.com>bid (including Jonathan Leader
Maynard from their adj core) will join us
for the beginning of this meeting to answer questions. Please review the
bid information (summarized in this comparison
document<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1AxXP7eJ89kayzaDmXoMVWZ0lmQAC9LzrGtXXozDv970/edit>)
in advance if posible. We'll also discuss the other issues on the agenda
   for Council, including Steve's registration
reform<http://wudc.freeforums.org/registration-reform-t160.html>proposal,
Anne Valkering's language
   criteria <http://wudc.freeforums.org/language-criteria-t161.html> agenda
   item, and likely others
   3. *Special Session (Break Reform)* - Once again, voting closes at
11:59pm on December 25th (tonight). You can vote
here<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dHYxRlNsc1VDLVYzSnl6cmNpanJFNVE6MQ#gid=0>
   .
   4. *Eligibility* - If you're concerned about the eligibility of any US
   debater<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0An53xBSHztBydExXT25iS29FbDV2Y0lXR1dtQXhEdmc#gid=1>,
please bring that to our attention as soon as possible, so we can clarify
   anyone's status before pre-Council.

Thanks,

Samantha and Coulter
