Should SC X N become the future buy out target for BP?
BP spent 39 Billion fixing it's recent oil spill. What money could 
BP allocate to minimize that 36 Billion cost, minimize damage to 
the planet and corporate image?
Scout Exploration Inc provides a better and needed mechanism for 
oil spill response. Trade SC X N until it establishes it's 
financial worth buy shares below $1 on Monday, April 22, 2013!
