Good evening,

I'm reposting this with a necessary addendum on the date--we are able to get rooms on our campus for Friday, October 23rd. It's a bit sooner than we'd like, but we still want to encourage a scrimmage in the Southern California area for any available institution to be a part of.

San Diego State University Forensics would love to welcome local universities into attending a small, one day British Parliamentary Debate scrimmage prior to the Ray Dahlin Invitational to be hosted on November 13th at Grossmont College.

Our scrimmage will take place on Friday, Oct. 23rd, all day, and will feature four preliminary rounds of British Parliamentary debate and a final round. As this is a small, one day scrimmage, there will be no registration fees for registering your teams. We humbly request that you send an appropriate number of judges (preferably n-1) so we can have as many judges as possible.

We would absolutely love to have you on our campus to prepare your debaters for the Grossmont tournament. If you are interested in attending, please email me at [log in to unmask] or call me directly at (626) 262-3646.

Regards,
Daniel Iberri-Shea & Will Silberman

Proposed Schedule:
Round 1: 8-10am
Round 2: 10am-12pm
Lunch Break: 12-1pm
Round 3: 1-3pm
Round 4: 3-5pm
Final: 5-7pm
