As the registration deadline is upon us, I thought I would just let folks know that I will soon be sending a letter to each registered school (I will also post the info here) with the logistical information that you need to make your way around to campus, to registration, to common areas, to topic announce, and to all of the other places that one needs access to as a participant in a tournament of this size.
In the spirit of transparency, the tournament staff will also publically address judge assignment procedures, judge training procedures, and tabbing procedures in a future e-mail.
