I have been asked by our specialists for help on a billing edit.  Patient had a 93922 and 93926 (ABI and limited art duplex) after a right tibial art stent, and on the same visit had a 93990 (left arm dialysis scan) for difficult access to dialysis graft.  Patient is also a left leg amputee.  What modifier if any need to be added here?  It is a right leg and a left arm for separate indications in a handicapped patient.  Coding is not my strong point here... any help is appreciated!
