James: If your scanner does not have side-by-side, take two separate pics of
the resting then compression image next to one another.  Do they have to be
side by side...well it is much more expeditious during reading.  The
reviewers at ICAVL I am sure look favorable upon this.  It is a standard way
to presentation.  Andy
