I like  Vascupro by Consensus Medical because it allows the end user to
make changes to measurement mapping from the ultrasound machine as well as
changes to the final report templates making it easy to make quick changes
on the fly.  There is a sea of software companies out there.  Lots of
things to consider.  Good luck.
