Joe,
You might also try looking into a book by Diane Kawamura - I'm not sure of
the exact title but it is either abdomen or abdominal ultrasound (it
also includes small parts) or I have been told by several general
ultrasonographers that Rumack's new books (it's two books) are excellent.
I'm not sure I spelled the author's name correctly but it gives you a
start.
