My IDTF site visits are becoming very redundant and a little confusing.
 The site visitors need information from my phone bill before they consider
passing my re-validation.  My office phone calls are forwarded to my cell
phone and billed to my home.  Do I need to prove that I have a phone at the
office with the office phone number and address of the office?  Thanks.
