We have had our Nicolet Vasoguard system for about 6 months and are pleased
with it.  I have been impressed by their response and implementation of
customer feedback.  Since we had our machine installed their have been
several improved updates.  It has all the usual stuff that its competitors
have as well as some interesting features/calculations, ie., CW pulsatility
index (might be helpful with iliac disease) as well as a number of
calculations which have been experimented with in Europe.  I honestly dont
know if these calculations will add to the Dx but I do like the fact that
someone is willing to go beyond our usual but tested bread and butter.  We
looked at the system about 1.5 years ago (I think) and was not real
impressed.  Since that time they have hired Rob Daigel as Product Manager.  I
believe that under his guidance the product has greatly improved and will
