Rarely but we have done them in isolated instances. We do not have a 
physician present but they are usually on stand-by waiting to see if we are 
successful. If the compression doesn't work, they'll come in to do an injection.
There's been a time or two where the physician wasn't available right away, 
the patient could tolerate the probe pressure, I thought the PSA would 
respond to compression, the sun and moon and stars were aligned just right....
I've done maybe 5 in the last 5 yrs.
