Is there anyone out there doing in-office ultrasound guidance for things like thyroid biopsies, breast biopsies, aspirations, etc.?   If so are you able to generate any ultrasound billing codes to submit, in addition to what is submitted for the actual procedure?  Once I get out of the vascular world, my guru-ness in billing/coding goes out the window.  Inquiring surgeons want to know.
