How about a Tea sorbet:

        2 quarts water
        9 teabags (ie earl grey, green, herbal)
        1 cup chopped fresh mint
        3 lemons
        3 cups sugar
        6 cups cold water
        1/4 cup maraschino cherry juice
                cherries and mint sprigs for garnish

        Juice the lemons and save the shells. Keep the juice aside. Bring 2 
qts water to boil, place the tea bags, fresh mint and the 3 lemon shells in 
a bowl. Pour over boiling water, let steep 30 minutes. strain, stir in 3 
cups sugar till dissolved. Refrigerate overnight. Stir in 6 cups cold water, 
the lemon juice, and the maraschino cherry juice. Freeze in your ice cream 
maker. garnish with cherries and mint sprigs.
