Hi Debbie,

My personal favorite is the Spencer Technologies ST3 head frame. We perform many emboli monitoring and OR monitoring procedures at Swedish and they have always treated us well. We also have the Viasys head frame and I personally think the ST3 head frame is superior. Just my humble opinion of course!

Does anyone have any suggestions for a less cumbersome monitoring headset for TCD in the OR?  I am using the Viasys "Welder headband"....doesn't really work that great (even for my outpatients!).  Thanks!!
