"can a PhD read studies?" I say No, not unless a competent medical doctor (MD
or DO) is willing to put his signature on that report in a timely fashion
indicating that he/she has reviewed the study and interprets the findigs as
such.. thereby rendering the PhDs "report" as little more than a prelim
report. More background would be helpful.
For assumoptions sake, does said or hypothetical PhD carry malpractice/liability
insurance to the same levels as an appropriate MD or DO would?

Along a similar thread, can a PhD read studies? And if they did, say with the
title of Technical Director and then billed Medicare as such for say, 10-15
years, would/could that leave that facility open to penalties or whistleblower
issues?
