Hey Everyone, attatched to this e-mail is the form that everyone needs  
to fill out (you can do this by importing it into MS Word) and then  
e-mailing back to me as an attatchment, if you want to print it out,  
fill it in and turn it into the clubs mail box, our mailbox is in  
SGA's office in billings, downstairs.  Just ask anyone where S.A.S.S  
mailbox is, I'll be picking up the forms friday 13th around 12:00pm.

I need these back no later than 5pm Friday so please please please do  
it right away!

Everyone needs to fill this our regardless if you are taking doing the  
club for credit or if you already did the onine form, this is separate.
