Hi. At least a couple of Orioles here at our house in Monkton. I hang
sliced oranges from plastic coat hangers and also put some on branches. Its
a full time job! Every couple of hours replenish the oranges. They are
drinking hummingbird water and eating suet. Saw one doing a birdie leg
split balancing between two hummer feeders. The hole in the feeder has to
be large so the feeders with the teeny opening on a yellow plastic flower
doesn't work for these guys. They seem to be active from early morning
until almost sunset. They are so bright that we can see their flight from
our house to across the road headed towards Cedar Lake. Helena in Monkton.
