The osprey nest that appeared to be occupied by only one bird now has two.
 Spectacular displays by the male-I assume-when he is bringing a fish to
the nest. No straight flight here......it is all about the show---reaching
great heights with a fish in tow, calling all the time, then steep dives
down and then a quick turn straight up again. Really strutting his stuff
with fish in hand. Beautiful to observe the showy display.

Bitterns on territory, two eagles moving north, and a Wilson's warbler and
blackpolls to boot today.
