I discovered the Snowy at its present sight exactly 10 days ago.  I work near there.  I kept it ultra quiet for a few days, and I believe the owl was undisturbed there.  I turned people away.  It is not a place to accommodate cars and visitors, for safety and security reasons.  Please stay away.
