There are Tree Swallows at Bennington College nesting. I also saw a couple of Barn Swallows, and Chimney Swifts last evening.
Oh, and 3 Meadowlarks last week, 1 heard singing last evening.

I'm hoping for more action to come. However, what distresses me most when I am out and about is the absence on swallows... usually there will be many flying over water areas... lately I have seen only 1-4 - if any at all! The only benefit is that bluebirds have 5 eggs in one of my boxes and don't have to (or haven't had to) fight off Tree Swallows.
