Looks like a bona fide second-year male, meaning it hatched last year and when it molts at the end of this breeding season it will assume the black and chestnut plumage of a fully adult male.

Just saw this guy in my backyard.  I believe it's an Orchard Oriole,  
but I've never seen one before.  I don't see two well-defined white  
wing-bars.  Is it something else?
