Did a bird walk for VINS here in Manchester today even though it started
raining 10 min. into our walk. Nevertheless we did delight in seeing and
hearing a BROWN CREEPER, hearing a HERMIT THRUSH, and witnessing a minnie
'fall out' of a dozen or so YELLOW RUMPED WA. feeding wildly at the edge of
a pond. No swallows anywhere - or much else for that matter! Maybe the
sun will make Sunday better for birds.

A 1st of yr. WHITE THROATED SP at feeder today as well.
