Greetings,

Paul Cianfeglione of Connecticut called tonight to report a murre species
from the South Bay of Lake Memphremagog in Newport on Sunday (19Jun). He
was leading a Hartford (CT) Audubon trip to the Kingdom. We're waiting for
Paul's write-up and some digi-scoped photos. But if you're in the
neighborhood, watch for the alcid from the railroad tracks out into Barton
River Marsh near the bridge (page 110 of Birdwatching in Vermont for
directions).
