An American Golden Plover, a White Rumped Sandpiper and a Stilt Sandpiper were my shorebird highlights yesterday at the Dead Creek Brilyea access. Raptors were also very active with a Peregrine Falcon and Merlin making repeated runs at the shorebirds. Also 5 Bald Eagles, with two first year, one second year, one third year, and one in full adult plumage.

Also, coming back down the Eastern trail, I spotted a Wilson's Warbler and Northern Parula hanging out with a group of Chickadees.
