This morning about 7:45 am we saw and heard a blue-winged warbler in our
pasture. The song was the blue-winged's, and it had the features of a
blue-wing - yellow head and chest, black eye line, white wing bars.
Usually we see golden-wings, some years both. Will keep looking and
listening ...

Did you see any Golden-wings or the like? Audubon is interested in any
golden-wing, Blue-wing and hybrid sightings. We check ebird regularly but if

I stopped by Bristol Pond on my way home from Geprags.
Yellow-rumped warblers were desperately searching for insects by the stream
. At least 30 plus a couple of yellow warblers.
Lots of white trillium in bloom.
And yes I saw the hooded warbler at Geprags.
