Yes, ours were 5 days late based on a 21 year average.  Another thing - prior to this year, 13 out of the last 16 years I saw my first Chimney Swifts within 24 hrs of our first returning hummer.  Make it 13 out of 17 now, because I saw my first swifts a week ago.  Weird migration this year, so far.
