I, too echo the low number of warblers observed while out a couple mornings this week - Thurs am was quiet despite the rain the night before which was not enough to penetrate the ground here. I'm hoping for more action to come. However, what distresses me most when I am out and about is the absence on swallows... usually there will be many flying over water areas... lately I have seen only 1-4 - if any at all! The only benefit is that bluebirds have 5 eggs in one of my boxes and don't have to (or haven't had to) fight off Tree Swallows.
