This morning at Danby Pond a large mixed flock of Waxwings, 175 Bohemian and 7 Cedar, what a site against the bright blue sky. Tufted Titmouse in full spring song, peTER, peTER, peTER. Also the Titmouse at Route 7 Danby was in the mood too, has been calling all morning. Even with all the snow gone here I still have several dozen Junco's at the feeder. I have a large number of House Finches but only one Gold Finch.
