I too have a pair of Vortex binos that needed a replacement of the rubbber eyecup. An email to them had a free replacement in the mail.

I remain a great supporter of Vortex (Eagle and others sell them).  Their products often compete well above their price point.  And their unconditional guarantee and unbelievably quick and responsive service on all their optics has saved my skin on more than one occasion.  For example, a year ago when we were getting ready for The Big Morning at CrossHaven Farm, I was marking trails with spray paint and…you guessed it -- my Vortex Razors got very nicely speckled.  I sent them Fedex to Vortex on the Monday before the event.  They had them back to me on Thursday -- no questions asked.  No charge.  Hard to beat!
