For all who have signed-up for THE BIG MORNING AND BIRDER BBQ at CrossHaven on the 25th -- or are thinking about joining us -- here are directions. (Reminder -- if you plan to come, please email Nancy Turner Nancy [log in to unmask] so we can keep a head-count for the food. Thanks)

From the Southeast
I-89N to exit 9
Turn left at the stop
Turn left again at the T for Route 2
Go about 1 mile, and turn right on route 100b
Go about 4 miles. You will go up over a rise. Coming down the far side, you will see a yellow farm house and red barns ahead and across the river to your left
That's us.
There is a little cut-off (Spillway Road) that leads in a short distance (about 100 yards) to the Bridge that crosses the river and leads up to our farm. We're the only farm on the far side (east) of the Mad River. Hard to miss us.
If you get to Moretown Village, go back 2 miles to Spillway

From the East and Northeast
Route 2 to I-89 in Montpelier
Go one exit North on I-89 to exit 9
Turn left at the stop
Turn left again at the T for Route 2

From the South and Southwest
Come over Appalachian Gap on 17 to 100 north in Waitsfield if you are coming from the west.
Or up 100 from Rutland if you are coming from the south
Keep heading up 100 north through Waitsfield and along the Mad River Valley
About 4 or 5 miles north of Waitsfield, 100 will go left, and 100B will go straight ahead. Stay straight on 100B
Go through Moretown
Two miles past the village on 100b is a small road called Spillway on the right. It cuts back sharply. Take Spillway. It will lead you in about 100 yards to the bridge that leads across to CrossHaven Farm
