Our 25 mile BBS route through West Rutland, Pittsford and Brandon this morning produced some nice birds:

American Bittern (4)
Great Blue Heron  (five in a 'kettle' not far from known heronry)
Virginia Rail (2)
Black-billed Cuckoo (2)
Yellow-billed Cuckoo (1)
Cedar Waxwings (lots)
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher (1)

Warblers included Ovenbird, Black-and-white, Common Yellowthroat, American Redstart, Chestnut-sided, Black-throated Green and Northern Waterthrush.

Individual eBird lists submitted for select locations.

Sue and Marv Elliott
