Pretty good list, huh? Of course, it helped that I was in the Yucatan.

Check out their other tours as well, on the website. Going to one of 
the all-inclusive resorts, such as Sandos Caracol, is not horribly 
expensive, and offers plenty of things for non-bird-fanatic family 
members to do while you're out with a guide one or two mornings.
