In Shoreham just this AM.
In addition to a nice group of white-throated, white-crowned and
chipping sparrows under the feeders, I've also still got at least
two juncos. Since my elevation is around 300 feet, I'm puzzled
why they would still be here. They couldn't be planning to nest
here in the lowlands, could they?
