I surprised a Bald Eagle while atlassing locally in West Topsham block 6 on
Saturday.  I was under a mile from Cookville Center. This was not an adult bird.
It showed a lot of white feathering, a more or less white tail but with a dark
head.  I think I was more surprised than the bird.
