Hello, Vermont and New Hampshire birders!

Thursday and Friday of this week, a group from Mass Audubon's Joppa Flats
Education Center in Newburyport is traveling north in search of "winter
specialties." We were to have gone last week, but a little weather (!)
suggested that we delay the trip. One of our target species is the Northern
Hawk Owl seen regularly in the Ferdinand, VT, area.

I have not seen a recent post on this bird and will appreciate any knowledge
of its continued presence -- or lack thereof.

Thanks very much!

Good birding!
