Yesterday morning, OCAS held their annual Warbler Warm-Up at the Waterworks Property in Bristol. With 30+ people in attendance, we split into two parties and accumulated 48 species of birds. When it came to Warblers, we did well in number of species even if they weren't there in great numbers. We foundĀ Ovenbird, Blue-winged Warbler, Black-and-white Warbler, Tennessee Warbler, Common Yellowthroat, American Redstart, Magnolia Warbler, Blackburnian Warbler, Yellow Warbler, Chestnut-sided Warbler, Black-throated Blue Warbler and Yellow-rumped Warbler. Some early birders also found a Nashville Warbler. The full checklist can be seen here:
