Hi all,

This evening I was walking my dog on Winooski St. here in Waterbury. I
heard bells...is anyone missing a bird of prey wearing falconry equipment?
It looked like a Merlin to me, and was wearing jesses and bells. I've left
messages with the two major raptor rehabilitators, so we'll see...
