Travels with Mark: From Maine to Arizona

Audubon Vermont's Mark LaBarr is well known throughout Vermont for
his work on the Common Tern Restoration Project and the Champlain Valley Bird
Initiative, not to mention his monthly appearances on the WCAX radio program
Across The Fence. On Thursday, Dec. 8 join the members of the GMAS for an
entertaining program, in which Mark describes his work with Maine's coastal
birds last summer as well as his visit to Arizona to participate in a grassland
bird banding project.
This program will take place at the Carpenter-Carse Library in Hinesburg
starting at 6:30 P.M. The library is located at the corner of route 116 and the
Shelburne Falls Road/CVU road intersection.
