About 8:50 this morning, Ted Murin spotted a Long-tailed Jaeger off Charlotte Town Beach. It was a beautiful adult bird sporting long central tail feathers. The light was perfect and it took about two minutes or so to pass and continue it's flight down the lake. A few hundred Bonapartes and at least 2 adult Little Gulls were seen feeding from the beach. Good Black Duck and Canada Goose movement was noted as well.
At Shelburne Bay access, 7 Dunlin, 6 peep sp., 2 Short-billed Dowitchers, 8 Snipe, 28 Killdeer.
