Today (16 Oct.) appears to be the big day for Brant.
The report from Charlotte Town Beach will include
the many more brant that take the Inland-Sea route.
From the West Shore of Grand Isle:
40 Common Loons, 2 Red-necked Grebes, 300 Brant,
168 White-winged Scoters, 9 Red-breasted Mergansers,
6 Long-tailed Ducks, 300 Bonaparte's Gulls,
1 Black-headed Gull, 1 2nd-winter Little Gull,
several flights of var. sandpipers, ....
