  You need to enter the observation in the species list. Once you do that the camera icon should pop up.

Tiger Swallowtails seem to be having a new flight. Many seen in the milkweeds, on the dirt roads and stream sides in Somerset yesterday. 
Alas, the Forest service is mowing the roadsides right now.
