  If you took this picture recently, I would expect it is a Wild Indigo Duskywing. I don't think any other Duskywing would be flying so late. 
It does show a pale area on the forewing extending out to the leading edge, one of the distinguishing marks for Wild Indigo. 
Duskywings are tough to ID.
