the apartment should still be empty; so  the youngans can stay there  
and the old folks can huddle by the soapstone stove and swap lies.....  
No tribal warfare necessary here.  I lost a fight in the school yard  
53 years ago and have got the flight part of fight-flight down. Though  
if it stays here too long I may transform it into a hot tub.... we  
will thaw out some local steak in your honor...... did you get my  
message about needing a current price for peeled butternut?
we will be selling our first ginger at the farmers market tomorrow...  
woo woo...are we cool!!!   $18.lb!!1 Hub Hub....
