A farmer client called me yesterday to ask me about what I knew about this
website:

    Apparantly, owners of Current Use Enrolled properties (or perhaps Farm
Bureau Members?) received a solicitation letter over the weekend suggesting
that they subscribe to this newsletter to monitor what the legislature does
with the Current Use Program this legislative session.  While there will be
other ways to keep up on this topic such as the general media and talking
directly with your legislators, the newsletter may be useful for some people
and the website does offer some useful information and links.
    One of the more useful links  is concerning the proposed plan the the VT
Land Trust, the VT Farm Bureau and other groups are intending to put forward
to the legislature:
