Hey girls,

Those who are on the traveling team, I realize you just filled out a form, or
will be filling out a form with insurance info and such  BUTTTT....

For our Regional tournament I need all that information from you. So if you
could please email ME DIRECTLY with your  Insurance Company and Policy number.
I will fill out that portion of the form for you and then all you will need to
do is sign it at tomarrow's practice. so again...... insurance company and
policy numbero to me personally in an email tonighth would be wonderbar. Also
for those who werent at practice this morning.... what is your uniform number?
