To participants of MEDLIB-L from Ruth Holst- Milwaukee, WI
I am gathering information about the value of using library interns in
hospital and other clinical healthcare settings. If you have library
interns in your library, please take a few minutes to answer the'questions
below. I am interested in libraries that primarily support physicians,
nurses and other patient care providers, rather than libraries in which
the academic mission is primary. Thank you.
Question #1: Are the interns in your library paid or unpaid or both?If
both, please explain.
Question # 2: How long has the internship program in your library been in
existence?
Question #3: Would you be willing to participate in a more extensive
survey designed to explore the value of library internships in clinical
healthcare settings? (The survey will not take more than 20-30
minutes to complete)
